1. Roof and Gutter

- Recommended time for testing: Before the rainy season (April – May)
- Things to check: Are there any cracked or shifted tiles? Is the rain gutter clogged with dry leaves? If found, clean it immediately to prevent water from overflowing and flowing back into the ceiling.
2. Cracks and Paint on Walls

- Hairline cracks: (Small cracks resembling tree roots) Caused by plaster shrinkage. They are harmless, but should be filled with putty and painted over for aesthetic purposes.
- Deep/45-degree angled cracks: Very dangerous! May be caused by column or beam settlement. Consult an engineer immediately.
3. Termite and Insect Control
